What we collect
- Quote requests: when you send the contact form we receive your name, phone number, email, the area of the job, the service you need, your message and how you heard about us.
- Emails and calls: if you email or call us, we keep the details you give us so we can answer and do the work.
- Basic technical data: like most websites, our hosting provider keeps short-term server logs (for example IP address and browser type) for security and to keep the site running.
How we use it
We use your information only to reply to you, prepare quotes, schedule and complete work, and keep our records. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers that help us run this website and our email (such as our web host), and only as needed for them to do that. We may also share information if the law requires it.
Cookies
This website uses only the cookies it needs to work and to protect the contact form from spam. If we add analytics later, this page will be updated.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests and job records for as long as we need them for the work and for our legal and tax obligations, and then delete them.
